I checked in quite late on the night of 30th July and there was some complications on my part due to which I checked-in further late. However the staff at the concierge and reception were so helpful and were accommodating my request. Due to their calm and composed nature I myself felt very trust worthy staff.
The staff are very pleasant, cheerful and always smiling. The spa I wanted to visit but due to my hectic schedule could not make it.
There was no negative experience.
